I started out thinking all I needed to do was lose weight. I have learned so much and now know that it's about so much more. Coach M. has taught me about posture, breathing, raising endorphins for happiness and reducing stress levels. At age 52 I feel just as healthy, if not healthier than I did at age 26 when I was in the military. I am now convinced this is the way of life for me.
